· Under the arm, using a probe with a miniature camera to create a pocket for the implant.
· An incision around the areolae in the crease of the periareolar, this produces the least scaring.
· And under the breast fold.
The best way to ensure least scarring is to create a pocket and insert the deflated implant, position it and then once positioned can be filled to the desired size. The incision is then sutured or taped to ensure proper healing.
